So, how does it work?
A. You received the shipment in a reusable bag.
B. You took one pair of underwear out of the bag and took it out of its original packaging.
C. Measured and, for some reason, didn't like it.
D. Contact us at ask@laavin.com within 14 days of receiving the shipment, state your full name, order number, and whether you are interested in a replacement or return.

Want a refund? We'll collect the unworn and in its original packaging underwear, and then we will give you a full refund.
Want to exchange? We'll come to replace the underwear for free!
And about the pair, you opened and measured? Keep it. Hygiene first.

Please note that you can get compensation for one pair of worn and out of its original packaging underwear. So that if you take out more than one pair of underwear from their original packaging, you can exchange or get a refund for only one of them.
The rest of the underwear packed in its original packaging can be returned or replaced within 14 days.

What does it mean packaged in its original packaging?
Inside the bag, each pair of underwear closed in wrapping paper. As long as you didn't open the wrapping paper, the product is in its original packaging.




I ordered one product and did not like it. What to do?
We will credit you for the product or replace it with another product that is in stock. How much does it cost? Free.


I ordered more than one product and tried only one of them. I didn't like it, what should I do?
If you are interested in a return, a courier will come to collect from you the products that are still packed, and we will give you a full refund.
If you are interested in a replacement, let us know which products you would like to exchange. As long as they are in stock, a courier on our behalf will come to you to collect the packaged products and instead provide you with the new products you are interested in. What happens to the product you tried? Hygiene first, keep them, and instead, you will get a new product. How much does it cost? Free.

I ordered more than one product and took them all out of their original packaging. What should I do?
Our policy is valid for one product you open, so you can only get a refund or exchange for one product you have opened. Have you ordered more than one product? Try just one of them. Do you understand how comfortable it is? Perfect, open them all and enjoy the comfort we have created for you. Didn't like it? Contact us within 14 days, and we will do our best to provide the comfort you deserve.

 

I received a damaged product / I didn't receive the products I ordered. What should I do?
A. Contact us at ask@laavin.com within 14 days of receiving the shipment.
B. Indicate your full name, order number, and whether it is damaged or a mistake in the packaging.
C. Attach a picture of the damage or of the products you received.
D. A representative on our behalf will contact you as soon as possible to provide the comfort you deserve and address the issue.


The small print:
• Eligibility for compensation is one-time. We are interested in a wedding, so we are always ready to give a second chance, but that's it ;)
• Exchange depends on existing stock and up to 14 days from receipt of shipment. If the product is available for purchase on the website, it is in stock.
• Compensation will be given only for one pair of underwear that came out of its original packaging.
• If you have ordered more than one product, attach a picture of the rest of the underwear packed in their original packaging.
